4. Refunds

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the return is the result of our mistake or a defective or damaged product, Glitter Phoenix will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
