  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • During periods of high demand, processing times may be longer. If this occurs, we will notify you whenever possible.

2. Shipping Destinations

Glitter Phoenix ships to customers in selected countries. Shipping availability may vary depending on your location.

If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you before processing your order.

3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • Domestic orders: 2–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–21 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on factors such as:

  • Delivery destination

  • Shipping method selected

  • Order weight and size

The total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Glitter Phoenix is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the package and product (if damaged)

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.

10. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us because it was undeliverable or unclaimed, we may contact you to arrange reshipment.
